Appointments
In case you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you must do so 48+ hours in advance. Otherwise, you will lose your deposit and/or be required to pay 50% of that missed service appointment in order to schedule any future appointments. In addition, this applies to emergencies and unexpected events. By creating any and all appointments online or in person with us, you agree that the payment method used is yours and/or you have permission to use.
Deposits
Your deposit will be applied to your service of choice at the time of your original appointment. Any deposits made are non-refundable. Any cancellations processed before the 48 hour time frame will be eligible to use their deposit towards any future service booked.
