This set focuses on creating wispy fans by mixing different curls and lengths to achieve the strip lash look. The inconsistency of symmetry will give that texture/ wispy effect. Anywhere from barely there (natural) to dramatic (mega). 3d-8d fans using 0.05 diameter.
